DAIRY FREE KETO takes healthy eating to a whole new level!
There is a misconception that Keto is a limiting diet that forces people to eat only a small variety of foods. However, participants will find that they too can enjoy a wide array of flavors, without depending on bacon, eggs, or even dairy. Mary and Josh will share their story while serving up a 3 course, nutrient dense meal that will form perfect macros for achieving and maintaining ketosis.
